Refund and Returns Policy
At Bhagwati Sweets, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh and high-quality sweets to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and return policies are as follows:
**1. No Returns on Food Products**
We do not accept returns on any food items once they are delivered due to hygiene and food safety concerns.
**2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders**
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
– Order number
– Description of the issue
– Photo evidence (for damaged products)
**3. Refunds**
Upon validation of the issue, we will process a full or partial refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 working days.
**4. Cancellations**
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once dispatched, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
**5. Responsibility**
Bhagwati Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
